If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email support@concentratedwisdom.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund you in full. These are digital products, so there is nothing to ship back. The guarantee applies to:

The app is available as a monthly plan ($19/month) or an annual plan ($69/year), and starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. For purchases made directly on our website, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment by emailing support@concentratedwisdom.com. Renewal payments are not covered. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded by that store under its own policy, and we cannot refund those purchases directly.
How to request a refund
Email support@concentratedwisdom.com with your order number (or the email used at checkout) within the time window above. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.

Refunds are issued in the currency you paid in.
