Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales of digital products on Concentrated Wisdom are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded.
2. No Refunds
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
3. Exceptions
In cases of accidental or duplicate purchases, or if you encounter technical issues preventing access to the product, please contact our support team at learn@concentratedwisdom.com within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to assist you.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

4. Refund Eligibility
If an exception is granted, refunds will only be issued for unused services or digital products. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, and the product or service must not have been used or accessed. We track all email link clicks associated with the download of digital products. If our records indicate that the download link has been clicked and the product accessed, the purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. If a refund cannot be processed through the original payment method, we will offer the refund in equivalent credit or through an alternate method.
6. Abuse of Refund Policy
Refunds are intended to remove the risk from purchasing products or services—not as a way to get free products. If we detect abuse of the refund policy, we may stop offering refunds to the abuser. Requesting a refund to repurchase a product at a lower price during a sale is not considered abuse.
7. No Disparagement
You agree not to disparage Concentrated Wisdom in any manner. Disparagement includes making any false or negative statements about the products, services, or personnel associated with Concentrated Wisdom.
8. Release of Liability
By requesting and accepting a refund, you release Concentrated Wisdom and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities related to the refund.
9. No Admission of Liability
Granting a refund does not constitute an admission of liability by Concentrated Wisdom regarding any dispute or other matters.
